The triple rooms

The triple rooms are entire tiny houses, immersed in the greenery of a cork grove, totally independent, all however a stone throw from each other. They have a large room which, in addition to a double bed, comfortably accommodates a third bed. Furnished with the typical taste of wealthy peasants of the 19th century, they have wrought iron or wood beds, prestigious furnishings, all with a private bathroom with shower. The rate is per room with bathroom and includes a minimum occupancy of 2 people per night. The rooms defined as TRIPLE do not provide for the possibility of extra beds beyond the three foreseen. You can ask the reception for the possibility of a cot or request the placement in the Family room.

The following services are included: WIFI, independent heating / air conditioning, towels and linen, hairdryer. Private parking. Daily cleaning service is included. There are potentially dangerous animals on the property: 4 hunting dogs and some free pigs, chickens, donkeys, goats in enclosed spaces. Some spaces are shared: swimming pool, dining and breakfast rooms, verandas of the central blocks and breakfast lounge. There are surveillance or recording devices on the property.

ATTENTION: MINIMUM STAY 2 NIGHTS in the period from 1 to 31 AUGUST.

Terms of cancellation:

To receive a full refund of the daily price, the guest must cancel the reservation within 48 hours of making it and at least 30 full days before the local check-in time indicated on the site (shown in the confirmation email) .

If the guest makes a cancellation within 30 days from the check-in date, they will be entitled to a refund equal to 50% of the booking. The costs incurred for the booking service are not refundable.
